About us

What is TES Canada?

TES Canada is a renewable energy producer with headquarters in Montreal. Our shareholders are Canadian investors and Tree Energy Solutions, a major player in renewable energy with operations in Europe, Australia, the Middle East and the United States.


Our ambition in Quebec

Enable Quebec businesses, mainly in the transport, heavy industry and energy sectors, to source clean, reliable energy produced right here in the Mauricie region.

Green hydrogen

Renewable natural gas

Green hydrogen is produced from renewable electricity and water and can be used as:

  • A clean source of fuel for steelworks, cement works and other heavy industries currently using fossil natural gas;
  • A source of zero-emission energy for heavy-duty fuel cell vehicles;
  • A clean input for the production of chemicals, fuels and fertilizers.

Green hydrogen can also be combined with carbon from renewable sources to produce renewable natural gas, known as “3rd generation,” i.e. 100% green synthetic renewable natural gas.


This renewable natural gas can therefore replace the use of fossil natural gas. We can then use existing infrastructures to decarbonize our economy starting today.

Through the production of green hydrogen and synthetic renewable natural gas, TES Canada is helping to decarbonize the heavy transport industry and large industries that currently use large volumes of fossil natural gas.

Hydrogène vert

L’hydrogène (H2) vert produit à partir d’électricité renouvelable et d’eau peut être utilisé comme :

  • Source de carburant propre pour les aciéries, les cimenteries et les autres industries utilisant présentement du gaz naturel;
  • Énergie zéro émission pour les véhicules à pile à combustible; 
  • Intrant propre pour la production de produits chimiques, de carburants et d'engrais;
  • Stockage d’énergie et production d’électricité propre.

E-gaz renouvelable

(e-NG)

L’hydrogène vert peut aussi être combiné avec du carbone de source renouvelable afin de produire du e-gaz (e-NG), un gaz naturel synthétique renouvelable 100% vert.
